Withers poaches head of the South East Asian private client practice at Berwin Leighton Paisner

International law firm Withers has appointed Simon Michaels as a partner in Withers’ Singapore office. Mr Michaels is the third partner to join the Singapore team since the office opened in May 2012 and will take up his role in Withers’ wealth planning practice from January 2013. He will focus on tax and wealth planning, advising Singapore’s growing number of ultra high net worth families and trust companies.
