International law firm Withers has recruited Rosalyn Breedy, a corporate lawyer and family office expert, for its London office.

Ms Breedy joins Withers from Sand Aire, a London-based multi-family office, where she was general counsel and company secretary. She joins Withers’ Funds Investments Tax and Trusts team to advise family offices, private investment offices and investment funds on legal, regulatory and structuring issues.
