Without 'radical house building plan', property prices will continue to rise, says Landbay CEO

House prices will “continue to rise over the coming decades” without a “radical house building plan for both first-time buyer homes and purpose-built rental properties”, Landbay’s chief executive and co-founder has said of house prices rising by 5.4 percent in the year to September 2017.
