Yorkshire based wealth advisory firm Lawrence Scoffield is to merge with Leeds based law firms Progeny Private Law and Mark Burns Legal Services. The new firm will be branded as Progeny Wealth.

The new group will be led by Neil Moles, who was previously managing director of Lawrence Scoffield having led a buyout from the firm\'s founders in 2008.
