Yorkshire law firm Berwins Solicitors has appointed solicitor Dan Snedden to lead its court of protection team.

Mr Sneddon has nearly 10 years’ experience in court of protection work and will focus on supporting the representatives of individuals who are no longer able to manage their own personal and financial affairs.

He joins the firm from Stonegate Legal in Leeds, where he was a solicitor. Previously, he also spent seven years at Irwin Mitchell.
