Zedra has completed the acquisition of US and Curaçao-based Atlas Fund Services, a privately held investment fund administrator.
Atlas Fund Services provides alternative investment fund services to US based investment managers from its office in Charlotte, North Carolina, as well as Curaçao.
It services clients through Europe and Latin America, which include emerging and seasoned funds from private equity to hedge funds.
