Global trust and fiduciary services provider Zedra has announced that it will acquire Awans Corporate Services, one of Poland’s oldest corporate services firms.

With a focus on local entrepreneurs and medium sized companies, Awans Corporate Services is a 20 year old company that provides accounting, human resources and payroll management services to companies based in Poland.

Piotr Augustyniak, founder of Awans Corporate Services, will become Zedra’s head of Central Europe on completion of the deal.

Awans Corporate Services will be renamed Zedra Poland.
