Chair of family law trade body calls on politicians to introduce 'no blame' divorce

National chair of family law trade body Resolution, Nigel Shepherd, has called on major political parties to commit to modernising family justice in their manifestos.

In a letter to each of the major parties, Mr Shepherd made four proposals, which Resolution claims will “make a huge, positive difference to the lies of the hundreds of thousands of people that separate each year”.
