EY has appointed Rodger Heeley as a partner in its management taxes and transactions (MTT) team.
Mr Heeley joins EY following 20 years at big four competitor PwC. He was a tax manager for PwC Australia and a director for PwC UK.
At PwC, he initially worked as part of the private client group before focusing on advising on equity incentive arrangements in private businesses.
