Female homebuyers make up over half of AML checks

Female homebuyers now account for over half of all anti-money laundering (AML) market activity seen across the industry on an annual basis, according to AML checks provider Credas Technologies.

The latest figures from the firm revealed that so far in 2022, female buyers comprised 51 percent of all AML checks within the property sector. This is the third consecutive year where women have accounted for a larger proportion of AML activity than men.
