Forsters' Nick Jacob extols the business opportunities for the trust sector in Asia

There are a number of business opportunities in Asia for trust companies, according to Nick Jacob, a private client partner at Forsters, but, “it is a tremendous opportunity that’s not being taken up as well as it could be.”

Speaking at eprivateclient’s Annual Trust Dinner held in London last month, he explained that throughout his career he has spent a lot of time in Asia, in particular East Asia, travelling out there at least once a month. Explaining why this is, he said “if one is to develop serious relationships with families one has to keep momentum up.”
