Estate and lettings agent Barrows and Forrester has revealed the value of homes near Premier League football stadiums increased by as much as 25 percent since the start of last season.
The agents’ research revealed homebuyers looking to buy within the postcode of a team’s stadium will have to pay an average of £353,529.
