Jersey Financial Service Commission proposes increasing registry fees by 22.3 percent in 2024

The Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC) is proposing to increase registry fees by 22.3 percent in 2024, except for local businesses who will receive the same rate next year.

Registry fees have remained unchanged for the past three years and JFSC said the proposed increase is limited to the rise in the Retail Price Index (from the previous fee increase up to June 2023).
