The Wills & Successions (Jersey) Law 1993, as amended (the "Law") has been introduced to the twenty-first century following the reforms to the Law which were implemented in the Wills and Successions (Amendment) (Jersey) Law 2010 ("Amendment No.1") and the Wills and Successions (Amendment No.2) (Jersey) Law 2013 ("Amendment No.2") and which were introduced following the implementation of the Civil Partnership (Jersey) Law 2012 (the "Civil Partnership Law") (together the "Reforms").
