Oak in Guernsey has appointed Oliver de la Fosse as corporate finance manager.
In this role, he will be responsible for implementing deal due diligence processes and group integration. He will also work closely with the senior team to support Oak’s growth plans.
Mr de la Fosse is a chartered accountant and has experience in accountancy, advisory, operational services and digital transformation.
Prior to joining Oak he worked at PwC for eleven years in audit roles and in their advisory and consulting practice. Before this he attended drama school and acted in shows including Casualty and Doctors on the BBC.
