PwC to hire 100,000 in next five years

PwC has launched its new global strategy - The New Equation.

The firm is investing $12 billion in new technology, talent and skills and plans to hire 100,000 net new jobs over the next five years.

$3 billion will go towards strengthening the quality of services, including $1 billion for developing technology.

PwC will establish leadership institutes in the US and Asia-Pacific as well as an ESG Academy.

Robert Moritz, PwC global chairman, explained that the New Equation is the firm’s response to the “dramatic forces we see impacting the world - both now and in the future”.
