The EU Code of Conduct Group for business taxation has published new guidance on sanctions to be applied by EU Member States against blacklisted jurisdictions by the end of 2020.
The EU blacklist has been revised several times this year and now includes eight jurisdictions: American Samoa, Fiji, Guam, Oman, Samoa, Trinidad and Tobago, the US Virgin Islands and Vanuatu.
