Thomson Snell & Passmore makes first partner hire of the year

South East England-based law firm Thomson Snell & Passmore has appointed Monika Byrska as contentious probate partner in the dispute resolution team.

She will work alongside Nicholas Horton, partner and head of dispute resolution, and Amy Wilford, associate solicitor within the team.

In this role, she will provide a commercial approach to a range of contentious probate matters and support the team’s work in the South East region.
