UK local authorities lack senior housing policies. Irwin Mitchell and Knight Frank research finds

The 65+ population in England has grown by almost 20 percent since 2011, according to research from Irwin Mitchell.

The firm partnered with property specialists Knight Frank to reveal that over a third (36 percent) of local authorities had no clear policies in place to support housing policies for the growing number of seniors.
