UK prime property sales drop 45 percent

UK sales of prime properties have fallen by 45 percent in the past year from 785 to 431, according to accountancy firm Lubbock Fine.

The total value of sales of prime properties, valued in excess of £5 million, fell 47 percent over the same period, from £7.24 billion in 2021/22 to £3.83 billion in 2022/23.
