UK to launch consultation on 'no-fault' divorces

The UK Ministry of Justice is to begin a consultation on the introduction of 'no-fault' divorces following a series of high profile cases that have highlighted the need to bring the UK's divorce laws "up to date".

Claire Blakemore, a partner in the divorce and family team at Withers said the consultation signalled "a hugely welcome change to our divorce law."
