$100 trillion investment needed to reach net zero by 2050 - research

The global economy is significantly behind schedule in reaching 2050 net zero goals, according to research from BNY Mellon Investment Management.

The study – 'An investor’s guide to net zero by 2050’ - was produced in partnership with Fathom Consulting.

It found that in order to get back on track the economy would need $100 trillion investment into sustainable alternatives.
