A group which looks to promote a diverse investment sector workforce has targeted 30 percent of fund managers being female by 2030, alongside a halving of the industry’s gender pay gap.
The Diversity Project, backed by a series of major wealth and investment firms, described 30 percent as a “critical mass point – where the minority group is fully integrated”.
