Clarity AI, a sustainability technology platform, has conducted analysis to uncover whether organisations with greater female board representation also have a greater number of women employees and a smaller pay gap.

The study, which was conducted to celebrate International Women’s Day, looked at board gender diversity and employer diversity of 7,401 companies.
