Black employees in financial services believe that they do not have the same opportunities as their colleagues when it comes to career progression and are still subject to high levels of discrimination in the workplace, according to new research.
The findings from Reboot, a think tank and network of senior professionals, show that over half (52 percent) of people with black, African, Caribbean or black British backgrounds in financial services roles, do not believe they have equal opportunities at work, the highest among all ethnicity groups surveyed.
