7IM hires Lloyds banker to take charge of client experience

Seven Investment Management (7IM) has made another significant hire, bringing in Chris Phillips as chief client officer.

Mr Phillips joins from Lloyds Bank where he was 'personal current account products director'. Prior to this he spent four years at Barclays where his posts included 'head of retail segments customer experience'.

Reporting to chief executive Dean Proctor, Mr Phillips takes responsibility for the firm’s marketing, proposition, and digital and client experience.

Mr Proctor described Mr Phillips as an “experienced leader across products, marketing, customer experience and transformation”.<...
