German family office launches European PE fund

Owner-managed family office Lennertz & Co has launched its PE Europe II fund.

The fund includes a portfolio of private equity funds and co-investments.

Up to 80 percent of the investments will be made in target funds of investment companies, such as Bessemer Venture Partners, Hg Capital and Nordic Capital.

The regional focus of the fund is on Northern Europe, UK, Germany, as well as a small allocation to the USA.

As with its previous funds, Lennertz & Co will be adding co-investments in European companies.
