Almost £4 million paid in FCA fines by wealth sector this year

The FCA has imposed £3.8 million in fines on adviser and intermediary, platform, and wealth management categories, a freedom of information request by fintech company Oxford Risk has shown.

This represents seven percent of total FCA fines this year brings total fines by the regulator for firms and individuals in these categores to £36.7 million since the beginning of 2019.
