Barclays and Coutts sniff around for new advisory talent

 By and large, there is a dearth of front-line vacancies in private banking these days, but some banks are none the less still hiring selectively.

 

Barclays, which has lately been opening up its salaries chequebook handsomely for recruits, is now looking for candidates to be wealth managers at its London operation.

 

The job to be filled is to identify, plan and develop new private banking relationships. Salary is said to be competitive. Applications should be RDR level four complaint as a minimum, while level six is desired.
