Fidelius, a Bath, UK-based financial services companies, has appointed two directors to its board and three senior staff to its wealth management and employee benefits divisions.      

Gary McArdle and Marie Humphries join the board as finance director and human resources director respectively with Ms Humphries also taking on the responsibility of company secretary.
