Wealth manager Brewin Dolphin says it will spend up to £10 million relocating to larger premises.
The firm revealed the plans to shift in its interim results, released 10 May, the same day it announced it would buy Investec’s Irish wealth business.
Brewin Dolphin said in its statement that it was “expanding beyond the capacity” of its current head office at 12 Smithfield in the City of London.
It said it was in the final stages of negotiating a 15-year lease, with the move to commence in August 2021, though it did not expand on the location of its new offices.
