Brooks Macdonald has hired Jonty Warneken as head of north and senior investment director.

With more than 20 years’ experience, Mr Warneken has experience running financial service teams and companies and delivering investment advice to corporate and individual clients.

Mr Warneken joins from Sanlam where he was head of the discretionary portfolio management team in the North of England. Throughout his career he has also worked at Ansbacher & Co, Da Ponte and Geni Capital, among others.
