Mark O'Connor

Brooks Macdonald has appointed Mark O’Connor to the newly created role of managing director for the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. 

This follows the departure of Richard Hughes, who has left his role as international chief executive. He has taken on a new role as group head of the commercial office at JTC.
