Brooks Macdonald Group has acquired Integrity Wealth and its subsidiary Integrity Wealth Solutions, an independent financial adviser (IFA).
The acquired firm has (funds under management) of around £250 million and approximately 800 clients.
The acquisition will be funded through existing financial resources and will be paid in two tranches, with a portion linked to a three year growth target.
