Wealth planning and investment management firm Brown Shipley has appointed Richard McGregor as national head of Court of Protection & personal injury, a newly created role. 

Based in London, Mr McGregor will report to client director Julian Hardiman. He will work closely with Brown Shipley’s established court of protection teams in Manchester and London and will lead this specialist service to clients across the UK.

These teams work mostly with clients who have received large settlements, often due to injury.
