Brown Shipley now has a 37 percent female representation in senior management. 

The Quintet Private Bank signed up to the Women in Finance Charter in January 2018, and at that time, it had 18 percent female senior management representation. 

As of September 2020, it had 23 percent female representation in senior management, which rose to 25 percent by December 2020.
