Cyrique Bourbon has joined private bank Brown Shipley as asset allocation strategist.

Mr Bourbon joins from Morningstar Investment Management, where he led the firm’s UK discretionary multi-asset portfolios. Prior to this he worked for Merrill Lynch.

In his new role, Mr Bourbon will lead the asset allocation process within the investment office at Brown Shipley. He will be based in London, and will report to chief investment officer Toby Vaughan.
