Challenger banks have seen the number of people in the UK downloading their apps dive during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Monzo, Starling, Revolut and N26 saw UK downloads fall on average 23.4 percent in March, compared with February. These banks are entirely app-based, with no branches or other online portals.
Monzo suffered the most, with a 36.1 percent drop off from month to month according to analysis by finbold.com.
