Wealth manager Charles Stanley has announced it is recruiting a former Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM) executive onto its board, as a long-term member steps down.

Anna Troup, the ex-head of bespoke at LGIM, replaces independent non-executive director Bridget Guerin, who has been on the board since 2012. The handover is effective 30 September.

Ms Troup also currently sits on the boards of Aberdeen Diversified Income and Growth Trust, MS Amlin Investment Management Limited, The Pension Protection Fund and T Bailey Fund Services.
