Charles Stanley has appointed Tom Hawkins as head of strategic partnerships.

Mr Hawkins joins from Quilter, where he was a business development manager and worked with regional and national independent financial adviser firms across the UK.

Prior to this, he held a number of senior roles within distribution and marketing at Old Mutual Wealth before it became Quilter.

Most recently, he was a regional manager and before that was the head of UK proposition marketing.
