Client openness to video advice could help increase firm capacity – Quilter

More than three-quarters of financial advisers have managed to attract at least some new clients during the pandemic lockdown period, Quilter has said.

The investment management and advice firm surveyed 300 of its independent financial advisers and found that the majority (77 percent) had attracted new business and most were eager to continue to do business over video call.
