Independent Wealth Planners UK (IWP) has acquired Bishop Armstrong Financial Planning.

The firm will join IWP’s Midlands hub, Alexander Grace.

Headquartered in Leamington Span, Bishop Armstrong is led by Phil Bishop and combines wealth management with financial planning. It has £46 million in assets under advisement.
