Frenkel Topping, a specialist advice firm focused on Court of Protection and vulnerable clients, has continued its acquisition programme with the purchase of Bidwell Henderson Costs Consultants for £1.48 million.

Bidwell was described as “a leading legal costs consultancy” based in Derbyshire and Newcastle upon Tyne.

Frenkel Topping said the deal was in line with its strategy to pursue quality opportunities in, and to drive consolidation of, the pre-settlement professional services marketplace in personal injury (PI) and clinical negligence.
