Credit Suisse falls foul of New York Stock Exchange listing rules

The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) has notified Credit Swiss that the Swiss bank has fallen foul of its listing rules.

On May 1 2023, NYSE told Credit Suisse was no longer in compliance with its listing minimum price criteria, which requires listed companies to maintain an average closing share price of at least $1.00 over a consecutive 30 trading-day period.

Credit Suisse must disclose receipt of the notice and has six months to become compliant.
