Credit Suisse has appointed Roger Suter as head of private banking Switzerland.

Effective 1 August, Mr Suter will replace Serge Fehr.

Mr Fehr has been in the role over seven years and been with Credit Suisse for more than 26 years.

Mr Suter has also been at Credit Suisse for the majority of his career. He joined the Swiss bank in 1993 and worked his way up to regional head of Central Switzerland by 2021.
