Credit Suisse freezes over CHF 10 billion following Russia invasion

Credit Suisse has frozen over CHF 10.4 billion of assets under management following Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

The Swiss bank reported that in 1Q22, CHF 10.4 billion of assets under management were reclassified to assets under custody due to the imposed sanctions on Russia.

Additionally, now less than four percent of Credit Suisse's assets under management in its wealth management-related businesses are linked to Russian clients.
