Jersey is a splendid place to visit, either for holidays or business, as we are sure you will all agree. 

Personally, our favourite spot is the Grand Hotel in St Helier where one, if so inclined can relax in a quiet corner of the sea terrace with a large glass of claret and an even larger spliff of Caribbean Gold.  Glorious, and just the thing to get over an exhausting day talking about trusts and foundations.

Now, we learn, there’s an incentive to make our visits even more regular. For the tourism chief for Jersey has just suggested legalising cannabis to attract more holiday-makers. Way to go, bro.
