Diversity Project launches pledge to increase workplace menopause support

The Diversity Project has launched a pledge requiring member firms to implement and commit to supporting individuals who are experiencing the menopause in the workplace.

The pledge follows research from Standard Chartered that revealed one in ten women, or 128,000, working in the financial, services sector were currently going through the menopause.

It aims to provide education and resources for Diversity Project member firms and the wider industry.
