Editor’s corner – The City is frozen (and I’m not talking about the weather…)

Temperatures plummeted this week and London’s busy commuters gained extra accessories in the form of woolly hats, gloves and scarfs. If Met Office figures are to be believed, it seems these will be discarded in a few days as the temperature rises. However, the same might not be said for the City, which has arguably been frozen in its ways for a number of years.
