The chief executive of Hottinger, Mark Robertson
Edmond de Rothschild (EdR) the Swiss asset manager and private bank, has taken a stake in UK family office Hottinger Group.
The transaction, subject to FCA approval, will see EdR acquiring a 42.5 percent stake in the new enlarged entity, with its London-based wealth management arm transferring to Hottinger Group.
Hottinger Group will continue to be led by its existing executive team....
